Within the framework of the methodological week of the subject 0508000 "Food Organization of nutrition" cycle commission , the contest "En uzdik aspaz" was held to identify creative and professional skills among students of 2-year groups S21P, S22P, S23P. Organizator was the master of industrial training Isatayeva Bakhyt Zhaksylykovna.
The competition consisted of 4 stages, the decisive task was "cooking the medallion in currant-cherry sauce", for all participants there was one task, the same products, the same conditions for cooking, this stage of the competition could be evaluated objectively by seeing all the stages of preparation. The first place was taken by Sadilov Ilya. the 1st place student will participate and represent our college (Junior) at the regional professional competition WorldSkills Kazakhstan. The chefs of Taldykorgan were invited to evaluate this competition: Zhuzbakiev Farid-a member of the Association of chefs Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Baimuldin Aidar – member of the Association of chefs Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Zhanay Miras is the chef of the Pinta Bar restaurant.
